Business Development Manager (Global / Remote)
Business Development Manager (Global / Remote)
Purpose:
To work closely with our International Business Development team with the focus on sales growth and nurturing existing relationships.
Job Description:
- Identify new business opportunities, initiate business development activities, and develop and manage key client relationships among others.
- Key account management, working closely with partners and engaging with them, defining growth plans and scaling opportunities.
- Initiate and develop processes which affect IBs' satisfaction and help meet and exceed organizational expectations.
- Attract new major IBs and build a strong relationship, maintaining a strong development pipeline according to the Company's plans.
- Meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
- Possess the ability to initiate new business proposals, coordinate internal resources, and implement those proposals.
- Conduct research and look for unexplored commercial and collaborative possibilities.
- Establish connections with various ecosystem participants and projects.
- Traveling for business (around the world) is sometimes required to ensure smooth cooperation.
Qualification, Experience and Skill:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance/Economics/Banking/Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of Experience in Forex and CFD industry
- Experience in sales, retention and development of key partners in the Forex market
- Knowledge of payment systems/platforms and their restrictions in the target region
- Outstanding negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
- Strong networking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skill – English and Arabic
- Must be open to travel to attend industry events and meet with partners
B2B Sales Manager (Global / Remote)
B2B Sales Manager (Global / Remote)
Purpose:
To work closely with our Sales team with the focus on sales growth and nurturing existing relationships.
Job Description:
- Identify new business opportunities, initiate business development activities, and develop and manage key client relationships among others.
- Arrange business meetings and run demo calls with potential clients
- Assisting in preparation of the contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines along with the company policies
- Key account management, working closely with partners and engaging with them, defining growth plans and scaling opportunities.
- Meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
- Conduct research and look for unexplored commercial and collaborative possibilities.
- Establish connections with various ecosystem participants and projects, especially Project management and Account Management
Qualification, Experience and Skill:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance/Economics/Banking/Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of Experience in Forex and CFD industry
- Extensive experience in B2B sales and partner management in Fintech
- Knowledge of CRMs, Client Dashboard, Trading Platforms, Payment gateways
- Strong networking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A comprehensive understanding of Spot FX, Metals and CFD liquidity
- Excellent communication skill – English and Arabic
- Must be open to travel for business

Client Services Associate
Purpose:
The job is to provide outstanding service and ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide client support services in accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.
- Ensure an excellent onboarding experience for our new clients.
- Build positive and productive relationships with clients.
- Analyze and resolve clients’ issues promptly.
- Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Bilingual - Fluent in Arabic & English
Web Developer/Programmer
Web Developer/Programmer
Purpose:
To design and code functional programs and applications as per business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Designs, modifies, develops, and implements web applications and software components following established technology standards.
- Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features to consistently produce efficient coding for programs based on given specifications
- Integrate software components and third-party programs to meet specifications
- Updating WordPress Websites
- Monitoring and troubleshooting of the web hosting server
- Creating new email accounts, logins for CRM and any other services that the new employee might require
- Maintaining IT Hardware, installations, troubleshooting and new procurement
- Subscribing, configuring, installing of third-party software solutions
- Co-ordinating with IT vendors and suppliers for updates, enhancement, troubleshooting
- Providing remote tech support to our remote office, advice and with the set-up of VoIP systems, CRM, user accounts and IT hardware and software
- Getting involved as a project lead for new IT projects, system upgrades, future planning and more.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application.
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in Computer Systems and programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools.
- Experience in programming languages such as JavaScript, C and Visual Basic, WordPress, HTML.
